Dispatch and Tracking

At rYU, we strive to get your orders to you swiftly. All orders are dispatched within 48-72 hours. If you place an order on a Saturday, Sunday, or Public Holiday, don't worry – we'll process it on the next business day.

Once your order is on its way, we'll send you a tracking email, ensuring you can follow its journey. For our Australian customers, please allow 24 hours for the shipment details to appear on the Aus Post website.

Please keep in mind that orders cannot be canceled once placed.

Sydney PICK UP option 

For our valued Sydney residents, we provide a convenient pick-up service. Upon receiving your order, we'll send you a confirmation email once your pick-up is ready. This email will contain all the necessary information for your pick-up experience. The pick-up location is Showroom #1 , rYU, A1/35 – 39 Bourke Rd, Alexandria NSW 2015

Kindly note that our studio does not accommodate try-ons; it is strictly a "pick-up only" service. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation. If you have any questions or need further assistance, feel free to reach out to us.

Taxes and Duties

For international orders we ship via EMS Australia Post. You will receive an e-mail confirmation once your order ships. Please note the recipient of the shipment is responsible for all additional tax and duties upon delivery. 

If the recipient does not pay for the fee upon shipment arrival, recipient will be responsible for the original shipping charges, any import fee that are incurred on the package with additional cost of returning the package back to our studio.

For international locations, rYU does not assume responsibility for any charges. We recommend reaching out to your local customs office for more details.

It's important to note that if you've paid duties as part of your order, those payments were made to your local government authority, not to rYU. Therefore, we are unable to refund any duties paid if a return is made. Instead, you can apply to your local government for reimbursement.

In the event that payment of duties and taxes is refused upon arrival in your destination country, the amount will be deducted from your return. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in making the shipping process as smooth as possible.
