Returns, Exchanges & Refunds
We offer returns and exchanges on full-priced products purchased online, subject to the conditions below.
Sale items are excluded unless faulty.
Return Conditions

Timeframe: Garments must be returned within 14 days from the date your order was delivered.

Condition: Items must be in saleable condition — clean, unworn, unwashed, unaltered, with original tags attached. Any garments that have been worn, damaged, altered, or washed will not be accepted.

Sale Items: No returns or exchanges on sale items unless deemed faulty. Discounts cannot be applied retrospectively.

Discount Code Purchases: Items purchased using a discount code are eligible for return or exchange. Refunds or exchange values will be based on the discounted price paid, not the original price.
How to Request a Return or Exchange

Email info@ryulabel.com with your order number and request details.

Please do not send requests via Instagram DM, as messages can be lost.

We aim to respond within 2–3 business days.

If your request is accepted, we will provide instructions on how and where to send your return.

Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.

All approved returns must be shipped within 5 days of receiving return approval.

All garments go through a multi-step inspection process upon return, which may take 4–5 business days.
Exchanges
Domestic (Australia)

We offer one free return shipping label per order for size/style exchanges or refunds.

Once we receive and approve your returned item, we will dispatch the requested exchange.

For any price differences, we will communicate and process payment or refunds accordingly.
International

For size/style exchanges, international customers must provide their own return shipping label and send the item to our Sydney, Australia office.

Once the original item is received and approved, we will provide one-time free shipping for the exchanged item back to you.

Only one exchange per item is allowed.
Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. If approved, refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please note, banks and credit card providers may take additional time to process the refund.

Refund amounts will exclude any original shipping charges (shipping fees are non-refundable).
